The city of Visegrad begins works on a bus station, confirmed to our portal Tomislav Popovic, Head of the Visegrad Municipality.

Construction of the bus station is very important for Visegrad, as residents of this town have not had a proper bus station for years.

"The previous bus station was located at the building of the current train station. Restoring its previous purpose to the building, Visegrad was left without that temporary solution, which was not suitable anyhow. The construction of a bus station at the new location in Visegrad has finally solved the problem, and not only that, but provided space for other developments such as a bank, tourist agency and auto shop for technical controll of vehicles. This new station is in a more suitable location , one that buses will not run away from, " says Popovic .

Preliminary work has already started. Conceptual design is completed, technical documentation is in the process. Value of construction works amounts to 60.0000 KM, while the completion of the bus station is planned by the autumn.
