Workshop 'Telephone sales' - September 14, 2010 in Sarajevo

 For all those who have employees in sale, which usually means contacting customers by phone, ASEE Bosnia and Herzegovina is organizing a workshop "Telephone Sales", which is important in terms of upgrading competencies in communication with customers.
The workshop will be held on September 14, 2010 in Sarajevo at the Hollywood Hotel 09:00 to 13:00. Lecturer at the seminar is Hrvoje Bogdan, Director of the ADIZES Croatia.
The aim of training
Contemporary sales are increasingly facing the problem of how to reach a new customer, how to come in touch with him? Before meeting with potential clients, a phone conversation will 'sell the meeting'. The phone is also there for a continuous relationship with clients, showing how much we want to be on their disposal.
However, the phone becomes a "nightmare" if we do not learn to use it properly. In a modern consumer society, use of telemarketing in the sales process, significantly shortens it and helps getting faster access to target groups.
How many phone calls a day? What is the effect achieved? How much of the introductory ‘sweetalk'? Can it be put to better and more efficient use? Answer to these questions, you should find at the training session.
Some of the themes to be discussed are: potential customers, how purchases are made, sale with added value, selling to satisfy the customer, steps in the sales process, customer relations …
The training is intended for individuals and groups (call centers) that use the telephone for commercial purposes or to sell, to get in touch in clients for xy reason, or for all those who need to have a telephone conversation with a potential client before the actual face-to-face meeting.
