A roundtable in the organization of TUVadria open discussions on new EU approach towards products that are CE labeled (the CE marking) in BiH. The seminar will be held on September 13, 2010 at the Hotel Grand, beginning at 10:30 am.

Objectives:

* Participants should gain an insight on how to reconcile Bosnian products with essential requirements of relevant directives (example from Germany)

* How to choose the best method and conduct conformity assessment

* What are the obligations of manufacturers, authorities and market research agencies (eg conformity assessment of products by BH manufacturers through TUVadria Ltd. under number 0090 TÜV Thüringen e.V.

Target group:

* All candidates who are in their company responsible for the implementation of appropriate technical regulations in the development and production of industrial products

* Market Surveillance Agency of BH

* Relevant state, entity and cantonal ministries

* Other institutions involved in implementation of EU regulations

*University teachers and assistants, since non of those important issues have been mentioned in the curricula
